We are seeking a Transaction Technician to join the Elite and Advanced Cases team within the Individual Savings and Retirement administration team.

This role will allow you to:

• Perform administrative tasks and process various requests for complex transactions of individual contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures;
• Accurately codify information into computer systems (issues, deposits, changes, surrenders, etc.) while verifying documentation related to transactions;
• Utilize your expertise and precision in processing transactions for exclusive services;
• Handle complex and varied requests efficiently within established timelines in a dynamic environment where products and tax laws evolve rapidly;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures;
• Enhance your knowledge through ongoing learning about various processes.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You possess medium to high complexity knowledge of one or more processes in individual savings and retirement administration;
• You meet the transaction quality requirements of your current role;
• You are comfortable working with different computer systems;
• You demonstrate good judgment, autonomy, attention to detail, and excellent priority management skills;
• You are a quick learner and can work effectively under pressure;
• You work well independently and as part of a team.
