A leading food company in Canada is seeking a Training Specialist to coordinate and execute learning programs. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a relevant educational background, and experience with SAP. This role emphasizes collaboration with various stakeholders and contributes to the company's sustainability mission. As the Training Specialist, you will lead MLF’s learning programs through coordination, communication, execution and evaluation of several key training initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with the Leadership & Learning team, HRBP’s, and various stakeholders.
