Job summary
A local restoration company in Maple Ridge is looking for a qualified candidate to manage publicity events and oversee communication strategies. This role requires at least 2 years of experience and a high school graduation certificate. The successful applicant will develop marketing strategies and provide client support, working in a fast-paced environment on-site, as remote work is not an option. The position is full-time and offers $37.00 per hour.

- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience required.
Responsibilities
- Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes.
- Evaluate communication strategies and programs.
- Oversee the preparation of public written material.
- Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content.
- Provide consultation on planning and starting new businesses.
- Supervise professional support staff and students.
- Train staff.
- Respond to inquiries from business community members about development opportunities.
- Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, or articles.
- Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.
- Gather, research, and prepare communications material.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Maintain and manage digital database.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
