Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production and delivery of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $21.63/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

• Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building skids, utilising kanban and scanning systems
• Loading returnables and Sorting returnables
• All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines
• Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test
