What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a process expert for HR, Workplace/Facility, and/or Legal departments using ServiceNow products
- Lead customer design workshops and guide clients in leveraging ServiceNow's standard capabilities
- Draft and manage user stories and their acceptance criteria throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Support internal unit testing and customer acceptance testing requirements
- Prepare customer‑facing deliverables focused on process improvement and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be a Canadian Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian security clearance if required
- At least 8+ years of consulting experience in HR, Workplace/Facility, and Legal operations/technology departments
- Must hold relevant ServiceNow certifications, including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and others
- Proven ability to influence and consult within HR, Workplace/Facility, and/or Legal organizations
- Strong understanding of HR, IWMS, and/or Legal systems and tools, as well as experience in Agile Development

- Experience in analyzing and recommending HR, Workplace/Facility, and/or Legal strategies based on business priorities
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in presentation and facilitation tools such as Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in Knowledge‑Centered Service/Support using relevant technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric attitude
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player
