Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Associate (Co-op) to support the growth of our company through involvement in both strategic and executional initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager and team, contributing to key activities such as investor relations, non-dilutive funding and grants, strategic partnerships, and market intelligence.
You will be responsible for researching and critically assessing opportunities, while also preparing polished materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposals to support funding projects, partnerships, and other business development initiatives. A key part of your role will be ensuring these opportunities and materials align with the company’s goals and messaging.
We are looking for someone who excels at research, communication, and document preparation, with strong business acumen in the medical technology sector. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and other optimization technologies, or a willingness to learn them, is highly valued as we continuously seek to improve how we organize and execute business development activities. Your contributions will help us stay efficient and focused as we grow.
