• Intake and assess client needs to align with sales goals and industry focus
• Qualify new leads and set opportunities up for success throughout the sales process
• Conduct follow-up on active leads, addressing technical and business objections
• Facilitate calls with key decision-makers and capture essential client requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation within project management tools to support internal teams

• Proven agency experience in cultivating business and acquiring clientele in the website, SaaS, or technology space
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Drupal & WordPress website sales
• Strong presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously
  
• Technical experience with websites or technical services is a bonus

• Past experience as a website sales representative or business development representative with B2B sales at a digital agency
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Teamwork
• Demonstrated passion for helping clients succeed and turning challenges into opportunities
• Experience in a remote digital agency environment
• Ability to communicate in an inclusive and thoughtful manner
