Our client, a rapidly growing company, is looking for a Junior Controller to support the finance management team and actively contribute to its strategic projects. • Preparing, analyzing, and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Participating in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Developing and maintaining dashboards to monitor financial performance
• Collaborating on the implementation and optimization of financial systems and technological tools
• Standardizing and documenting accounting processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Actively contributing to transformation and innovation projects within the finance team
• Serving as a point of contact for operational teams on any financial matters
• Providing ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Working closely with the Controller and management to support the company's growth

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA designation in progress or recently obtained (an asset)
• 2 to 4 years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or firm setting
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.) is an asset
• Team spirit, autonomy, rigor, and willingness to learn
