Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or firm setting.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing, analyzing, and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Participating in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards to monitor financial performance.
  • Collaborating on the implementation and optimization of financial systems.
  • Standardizing and documenting accounting processes for efficiency.
  • Contributing to transformation and innovation projects within the finance team.
  • Serving as a point of contact for operational teams on financial matters.
  • Providing ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.) is an asset
  • Team spirit, autonomy, rigor, and willingness to learn
