Our Store Managers are responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit targets; fostering an environment of total customer satisfaction; developing team members' skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation; recruiting and selecting new team members; managing profit margins by overseeing P&L; enforcing company policies and procedures; and handling operational and strategic duties.
Full-time and Part-time Sales Opportunities
Sales Associates engage customers to understand their needs and objections; present merchandise along with features and benefits; offer extended service plans and financing options; collaborate with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience; and meet individual and team sales goals.
Job Requirements:
