A leading manufacturing company in Laval is looking for a TPM Project Manager to lead performance projects at customer sites. This role involves coaching and managing Field Service Engineers while ensuring project goals are met. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and practical experience in TPM methods. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. This position requires up to 70% travel.

Sidel is looking for a TPM Project manager reporting to the Manager of Performance Based Services Americas region. His/Her responsibility will be to lead and drive successful TPM Performance projects at our customer’s priority sites and priority production lines.
