Job summary
Un restaurant populaire à San Juan de Terranova recherche un responsable de restaurant pour superviser et coordonner les activités du personnel. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience dans un environnement de restauration, un certificat de fin d'études secondaires, et être capable de gérer le service à la clientèle dans un cadre dynamique. Ce poste permanent offre des horaires de travail de 35 à 40 heures par semaine.
Qualifications

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres

- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Provide customer service
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
