We seek passionate Guest Experience - Site Artisans in Whitby, Ontario.

Our Mission

To offer guests a moment of rest and rediscovery of well-being, promoting happiness and longevity. As an artisan, your role is to cultivate peace, embody enthusiasm, helpfulness, discretion, and respect, caring deeply for everyone in our wellness village.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an impeccable guest experience by assisting and responding to inquiries
• Exceed guest expectations proactively
• Maintain village standards and cleanliness in outdoor areas, saunas, and Kalla
• Respond to service inquiries and process payments
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless service
• Participate in opening and closing site activities
• Act as primary first responder for medical emergencies
• Manage outdoor fires to brand standards
• Support health and safety by identifying hazards and collaborating on solutions
• Educate guests on sauna culture, village policies, and health standards
• Complete reports confidentially and perform other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism
• Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification with practical experience
• Good physical condition to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong communication skills and a positive, resourceful attitude
• Good judgment, discretion, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to build trust and demonstrate excellent observation skills

Work Schedule

Varying schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
