As a Senior Data Analyst/Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informed decision-making by analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning to identify opportunities and predict outcomes.
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced data analytics solutions to drive business growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data architectures to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
- Provide expert-level guidance on data governance, data quality, and data management best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proven expertise in advanced data analytics tools and techniques, including:
- SQL and database management
- Python, R, or other scripting languages
- Data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Machine learning and statistical modeling
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and data management best practices
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth and optimization through data-driven insights
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field
