A leading modernization solutions provider is looking for a Sales Executive in Canada to oversee modernization contracts and cultivate relationships with customers. The role includes project management throughout the project lifecycle, developing bidding packages, and presenting proposals. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $78,862 to $111,446 plus benefits.

Bid and secure modernization contracts and develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers so that modernization jobs are completed profitably, and the branch meets annual revenue goals. Project manage MOD and Construction projects through project life cycle. This position exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

The 2025 base pay scale for this position and career level is bolded below:
$78,862 TO $111,446
This base pay range represents the anticipated low and high range of wages for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. This role is also eligible for commissions subject to the terms of the IC agreement.
In addition to base pay, full‑time employees are eligible for insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, short‑term disability, and long‑term disability) and a 401(k) plan, all subject to the terms and conditions of those plans, which may change from time to time. Employees are also eligible for certain paid‑time off benefits pursuant to our policies (which may change from time to time) and applicable laws.
