- Process and verify financial transactions and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance by meeting SLAs and performing quality checks.
- Provide administrative support, including onboarding new staff.
- Identify exceptions, recommend improvements, and maintain compliance.

- $24.29 hourly
- Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30
- Paid training
- 37.5 hours weekly Full time hours
- Process and verify financial transactions (deposits, wires, transfers, adjustments) and maintain accurate account records.
- Ensure compliance and service quality by meeting SLAs, prioritizing tasks, and performing quality checks.
- Provide administrative support and training, including clerical duties, onboarding new staff, cross-training for peak periods, and assisting with French calls and meetings during absences.
- Identify and escape exceptions, recommend process improvements, and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Bilingual (French/English) communication for client support and coverage.
- Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing and verifying financial transactions.
- Dependable and adaptable, with ability to cross-train and support team needs.
