Our client in Hamilton is looking for a bilingual (French & English) Transaction Processing Officer, to join their team. Don’t wait… apply today!

What's in it for you?
  • $24.29 hourly
  • Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30
  • Paid training
  • 37.5 hours weekly Full time hours
What will you be doing?
  • Process and verify financial transactions (deposits, wires, transfers, adjustments) and maintain accurate account records.
  • Ensure compliance and service quality by meeting SLAs, prioritizing tasks, and performing quality checks.
  • Provide administrative support and training, including clerical duties, onboarding new staff, cross-training for peak periods, and assisting with French calls and meetings during absences.
  • Identify and escape exceptions, recommend process improvements, and maintain regulatory compliance.
