A leading environmental consulting firm in Canada is seeking an Office Administrator and Project Support to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities include managing data, assisting with financial tasks, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in office administration, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary between $20-30 per hour with opportunities for career growth.
We are SLR Consulting (Canada), a 700+ team of advisory, environmental/engineering, and regulatory professionals across 20+ office locations in Canada. We deliver environmental and sustainability services to our clients through the integration of over 30 advisory, technical environmental, and engineering disciplines to help clients address some of their most complex challenges around sustainability. As our new Office Administrator and Project Support, you’ll keep our office running efficiently by supporting team members throughout all levels of the company, planning events, leading programs, and maintaining office services. We’ll trust you to lead initiatives independently, and to manage critical, confidential information as you work with legal and financial documents.
You’ll also partner with our management team, office managers, and a Canada-wide shared services team, supporting SLR’s documentation needs across all our offices and helping to drive the consistency and quality of SLR deliverables.
Your biggest assets in this role will be your excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude towards new challenges, strong computer skills, and your ability to build strong relationships as you work with everyone from entry-level employees to management. Others will quickly get to know you as someone they can come to for support with any task and guidance on company policy and process.
