A recruitment agency in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Policy Conversion Representative to join a top insurance client. The role involves the accurate migration of policies into a new environment while ensuring compliance and data integrity. Candidates should have experience with policy conversion and knowledge of Canadian regulations. This full-time, hybrid role offers a competitive salary of $25.64/hr and supports growth and advancement opportunities within a collaborative team environment.
We are currently recruiting for one of our top clients in the insurance field as they are scaling their Policy Conversion team to support a critical migration initiative.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the modernization of our client's insurance platforms. You will be responsible for the accurate migration of policies from legacy systems into the new environment, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations and maintaining high standards of underwriting integrity.

Contract Duration: Up to 6 months
Hybrid: up to 3 days in office
Office location: Waterloo
Hours of operation: Mon to Fri, Rotational shifts between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm (up to 7.25 hours per day i.e. up to 36.25 hours per week)
Salary: $25.64/hr
Start Date: Feb 9th, 2026
