Job summary
A community service provider in Abbotsford is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative to ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include answering calls efficiently, supporting team members, and managing communication with crew and Dispatch. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and time management abilities, with previous customer service experience preferred. The role offers a permanent position with a supportive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in the health care field is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all calls are answered quickly and with excellent customer service.
- Assist other Representatives based on call volumes and specialization.
- Manage and communicate information effectively using company tools.
- Report issues or concerns to Dispatch as required.
- Respond to crew questions in a timely manner.
- Complete all required documentation.

Based in Abbotsford, our small, friendly and fast-paced office is looking for a positive team player to join us as a full time Call Center Representative.
We operate 7 days/week, 6 am to midnight. This is a full time, permanent position.
- Ensure all calls are answered quickly, efficiently and with world class customer service
- Assist other Representatives as required depending on call volumes and/or specialization
- Create, modify, record or disseminate information between callers and/or other parties using the equipment, training and/or tools provided by SNT.
- Report any issues, concerns or requests to Dispatch as required
- Respond to crew questions in a timely manner
- Complete all required paperwork
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Can manage time sensitive situations and remain calm, patient, respectful
- Very organized and able to multi-task effectively
- Thinks outside the box and can problem solve quickly and creatively
- Strong geographical knowledge of the lower mainland
- Great team player that is supportive and helpful to co-workers in a stressful environment and provide a high-level customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, computer literate with good keyboarding skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in the health care field is an asset
