Position Overview
The Primary Care Nurse will function within an interdisciplinary primary health care team, providing comprehensive nursing services to clients across the lifespan within the Inkster/Seven Oaks community and beyond. The Primary Care Nurse will deliver direct client care, health promotion, chronic disease management and preventative services, while supporting quality improvement and program development initiatives at NorWest Co-op Community Health.
