TD Bank is seeking a Manager to assist with the development and delivery of executive Global Compliance reporting to Senior Management and the Board. Key reports include an annual CCO report, quarterly board reports, management reporting, and periodic reports to enterprise risk. The role requires project management skills, analytical skills, excellent business writing skills, and strong executive communication skills to interact with senior compliance stakeholders.

• Maintain Global Compliance reporting calendar.
• Develop and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a key liaison with partners and other related groups, coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders and effectively challenging the timeliness and quality of information provided.
• Develop common standards and best practices for reviewing and analyzing reporting information to maintain consistency between reports.
• Conduct training to Compliance Units regarding Global Compliance reporting requirements for Senior Management and the Board.
• Provide support on the compilation, drafting, and editing of documents and presentations to senior executives and committees of the Board.
• Document management reporting processes and delivery quality results, providing advice to Compliance Units as required.
• Assist on strategic initiatives/special projects as required.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related compliance role. Strong executive written and verbal communication skills focused on messaging, clarity, and precision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio. Strong stakeholder management skills across different Compliance groups to drive timely and accurate reporting. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to escalation and articulate risks to senior leadership. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinking skills. Ability to identify and recommend process improvements and/or automation.

Familiarity with data visualization tools including PowerBI and Tableau a plus.
