A healthcare provider in Manitoba seeks skilled Urologists to join their team. Responsibilities include examining and treating urologic disorders and consulting with other healthcare professionals. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $300,000 to $500,000 annually based on a 40-hour workweek. Teaching opportunities are available at the affiliated University of Manitoba satellite campus.
Prairie Mountain Health is recruiting two skilled and ambitious Urologists to join our healthcare team in Brandon, Manitoba.
As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating urologic disorders, including surgical procedures, ordering diagnostic tests, and consulting with and providing urologic expertise to other physicians/healthcare providers as required.
Brandon Regional Health Centre has 309 beds, which includes 10 ICU beds. The centre offers a range of diagnostic services, including radiology, ultrasound, CT, and MRI. A wide range of specialist services are available onsite, including pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, anesthesia, general surgery, radiology, nuclear medicine, oncology, orthopedic surgery, and internal medicine.
Applicants will have the opportunity to join one of the various clinics throughout the city, with competitive overhead rates. Teaching opportunities are also available, with Brandon hosting a University of Manitoba satellite campus for clinical clerk positions and resident training.
The position is fee-for-service based on an agreement between Doctors Manitoba and Manitoba Healthy Living and Seniors (MHHLS), with an anticipated annual compensation of $300,000.00 - $500,000.00, based on 40 hours a week (excluding on-call work).
