With a staff of 14,000, the Toronto Catholic is a dynamic school board and is accepting applications from Teacher candidates for the Occasional Teacher Roster for the 2023-24 academic year. Candidates must be certified and in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. We also welcome applicants with pending or Transitional Certificate of qualifications.

Qualifications

• Ontario College of Teachers (in good standing), a Transitional Certificate of qualification, or an interim OCT certificate.
• Pastoral Reference Letter from a Roman Catholic Parish, or completion of the Priest Reference Form, indicating you are a practicing Roman Catholic (and dated within the past 12 months).
• Practicum reports for teacher evaluations.
• Resume and Cover Letter addressed to the Sr. Manager of Recruitment, Human Resources.
• Two (2) Associate / Host Teacher references, or an alternate reference source (such as a Principal).
• Priest Reference Form
