We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to live and work at one of our properties. This position requires on-site residency and a schedule of four weekdays per week, every second weekend, and on-call evenings.

Assistant Property Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.

• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
• Minor maintenance repairs
• Preparing apartments for new residents
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
• Assisting with leasing suites
• Responding to on-call requests

• Cleaning experience
• Minor maintenance skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Ability to work some on-call evening and weekend shifts
