INTERNATIONAL AFRICAN ARTS, CRAFTS AND CULTURE FAIR (IAACCF) brings together African / Black entrepreneurs in a fair to showcase and sell their crafts, arts, talents, and innovative products to the world.

Role Description

This is a temporary remote role for a Fundraising Volunteer at IAACCF. The volunteer will organize fundraising events, apply for grants, reach out to potential donors, create campaigns, and promote awareness of the organization's mission. The volunteer reports to the Founder / CEO.

Expect weekly meetings via Zoom three to four times and presence on two event days (weekends) in August 2025. This role is only for the upcoming August event and ends afterward.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of fundraising experience
• A diploma or higher in a relevant field
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Marketing and promotion skills
• Grant application experience in Ontario is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to the organization's mission and values
