A dynamic technology firm in Vancouver seeks a People & Culture Generalist/Executive Assistant. This hybrid role focuses on providing executive support to the CEO, managing HR operations, and promoting a positive workplace culture. This hybrid role is based in Vancouver, with two days a week in the office and the rest remote.
Traction Complete is looking for a People & Culture Generalist/Executive Assistant to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you act as a true partner to the CEO and Leadership Team. You’ll be their point person, helping them to prioritize and manage their workload. You’ll have a first hand look into all areas of the business. In addition, as the People Experience Generalist, you are the front line person for answering team member questions and building strong relationships throughout the company. You have a dynamic personality, enjoy autonomy, have excellent organizational and administrative skills, and bring fun and enthusiasm to every interaction.

Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions. The starting salary band for this role is $85K − 95K commensurate with experience. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package includes additional components such as equity and benefits.
