- Administering prescribed medications with precision and care, following the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
- Promptly responding to resident requests, ensuring call lights are attended to within 10 minutes.
- Assisting residents with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and respect.
- Keeping the environment clean and inviting by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Documenting all care provided in a thorough and accurate manner.
