Our client, a well-established and growing company looking for a payroll and benefits specialist to ensure the comprehensive and rigorous management of the payroll cycle for its various entities.

Working with the HR team, the person will play a key role in ensuring compliance, process reliability, and quality of the employee experience. This position combines analysis, precision, and interpersonal skills. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining rigor and collaboration.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire payroll cycle (Quebec and other provinces).
  • Ensure legal compliance and data reliability.
  • Administer group insurance and retirement savings plans.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the integration of HR tools (HiBob, Nethris, Evolia).
Required Profile
  • Excellent command of the entire payroll cycle.
  • Good knowledge of labor and payroll laws in Canada.
  • Proficiency with HR technology tools and Excel.
  • Rigorous, discreet, and service-oriented.
  • CHRP certification (an asset).
