Job summary
A leading real estate services firm in Halifax is seeking a General Manager for the Mic Mac Mall. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the shopping center, financial reporting, and team supervision. With 5-8 years of commercial property management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, you will ensure compliance with lease agreements, lead operations, and maintain positive tenant relationships. Qualifications
- 5-8 years of commercial property management and senior property management experience.
- Extensive experience in analysing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language.
- Proven experience in management/evaluation/development/motivation of subordinates.
Responsibilities
- Implement the strategic management plan for the asset.
- Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and management plan.
- Monitor and enforce the terms of all lease agreements.
