As the Reporting Manager in People Operations, you will lead the development and delivery of HR operational reporting and analytics. You’ll work closely with other People Operations and HR teams to design and maintain dashboards, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll manage reporting requests, ensure data accuracy, and optimize reporting processes using tools like Excel, PeopleSoft, and ServiceNow. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.

People Operations is a centralized team that serves as the face of HR to the business. We deliver people inquiry support, intake management, program services, and people leader services. With a focus on the employee journey, our team provides end-to-end operational experiences through standardized processes across all business segments. We are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service that enhances the employee experience and supports business success.

You are someone who is/has:

• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data visualization.
• Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Cognos, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver reporting solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical reporting requirements.
• Experience leading projects or initiatives related to HR operations or reporting.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
