What will your typical day look like?

As the Reporting Manager in People Operations, you will lead the development and delivery of HR operational reporting and analytics. You’ll work closely with other People Operations and HR teams to design and maintain dashboards, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll manage reporting requests, ensure data accuracy, and optimize reporting processes using tools like Excel, PeopleSoft, and ServiceNow. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.

With a focus on the employee journey, our team provides end-to-end operational experiences through standardized processes across all business segments. You are someone who is/has:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data visualization.
  • Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Cognos, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver reporting solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical reporting requirements.
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives related to HR operations or reporting.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
