What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and synthesize business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Participate in high-level design solutions and estimation processes
- Design software solutions in alignment with solution architecture and technical roadmap
- Collaborate with development teams to define functional specifications and required system modifications
- Provide technical support and leadership during incidents or service interruptions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis
- Fluency in both French and English, verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and popularize technical concepts
- Demonstrated experience in configuring, integrating, or supporting enterprise-grade financial accounting platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Holding an accounting designation is considered an asset
