Deliver HR services to employees and business leads.
Execute performance achievement and rewards processes.
Oversee reporting and insights on metrics and trends impacting the business.
Advise leadership on HR aspects of business strategies, issues, and decisions.
Design and deliver HR programs.
Tickets Review and action within the specific SLAs while providing exceptional customer service
Solve tickets on first contact by providing exceptional customer service to reduce overall customer responses and escalations
Address concerns respectfully and professionally with individuals and if required involve your manager to support the conversations
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Intermediate proficiency in HR Payroll.
High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.
Fully Bilingual in French and English
