A healthcare provider in Canada is seeking a Behavior Interventionist (BI) to implement programs for children with complex needs. This community-based part-time position involves working in a fast-paced environment, specializing in skill acquisition and behavioral support. Ideal candidates should have experience with developmental disabilities and relevant educational achievements. As a Behaviour Interventionist (BI) at Monarch House your primary responsibility is implementing programs designed and supervised by a senior clinical team (of speech pathologists, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst® BCBAs, occupational therapists and physical therapists) to clients receiving services from Monarch House. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to support skill acquisition and/or decrease maladaptive behaviors while providing an engaging and positive client experience in a fast paced and frequently changing environment.

Work setup: Community-based in the NE quadrant. Part-time.
Headcount: 2
Salary: starting at $23.5 - 25 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday 11:30AM – 7:30PM and Saturday 8AM–3PM, 4:30PM (Hours are based on client availability. May not be scheduled for all)
