Food services manager responsible for determining the services to be offered, implementing operational procedures, managing cash and budget, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for food, supplies, and catering
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide customer service
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role
• Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Point of sale system, Spreadsheet
• Supervision: 11–15 people
• Budgetary responsibility: $100,001–$500,000
• Work setting: Rural area
• Transportation/travel: Public transportation available
• Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, large workload
