Overview

Food services manager responsible for determining the services to be offered, implementing operational procedures, managing cash and budget, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for food, supplies, and catering
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
