Contributes to the overall success of Global Wealth Management in Hong Kong and China, ensuring business goals, plans and initiatives are executed, and assist in corporate governance / business performance monitoring

• Coordinate communications among stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Collaborate and maintain meetings and schedules to support business initiatives.
• Manage documentations for business monitoring and reporting.
• Communicate with legal and compliance partners when needed.
• Manage business expenses

• Legal and compliance experiences, corporate governance related experience preferred
• Detail-oriented
• Chinese language skill required (written and oral)

• Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
