Job Description
  • Managing the department they have been assigned by the bank
  • Preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices
  • Keep records of the daily transactions that take place
  • Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems
  • Coordinate with other departments
  • Tracking and monitoring financial transactions
  • Make daily report for the departmental heads
  • Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy
  • Help all the customers that come to the department with any problem
  • Performing account reconciliations and audits
  • Make correct calculations and stay updated on the latest banking practices
  • Reporting financial discrepancies, errors, and customer complaints to the supervisor
  • Correspond with the customers through letters and e-mails
  • Compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents, as needed

Requirements
