As a Cosmetology Teacher, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality education to our cosmetology students. You will create engaging lessons, facilitate hands‑on training, and help students develop essential skills for their future careers in the beauty industry. • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Conduct interactive lectures and practical demonstrations covering various cosmetology techniques.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in cosmetology.
• Support students in achieving their professional goals through mentorship and guidance.
• Monday through Friday 5:00-10:00pm cst

• Active Cosmetology Educator License in the State of Illinois.
• Experience in the cosmetology field with a strong hands‑on background.
• Previous teaching experience or a passion for mentoring is highly desirable.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $24.00/hr.
