This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for identifying and securing world-class locations for our retail stores, creating new opportunities for our clients to experience Aritzia. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our real estate strategy, driving the growth and optimization of our portfolio. This role supports the end-to-end leasing process—from market analysis and site identification to negotiation support, and lease execution. With a strong understanding of leasing fundamentals, the Sr. Manager/Manager brings analytical rigor, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure efficient deal execution and portfolio performance. Operating with increasing autonomy, this role also helps maintain strong landlord relationships and ensures the timely and accurate management of lease rights, financial obligations, and contract terms. The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
