As a Senior Product Designer (6 Month Contract) is responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly experiences on our customer facing websites. This role involves understanding user needs, conducting research, and translating those insights into functional designs.

• Collaborate with Senior Product Designers, Product Managers, Customer Experience and engineers to integrate feedback into the design and development process.
• Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Product Design
• Provide feedback to collaborators at multiple levels of the organization.
• Conduct user research using a variety of methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• To create wireframes, mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design and build B2C and B2B related pages in AEM

• Proven experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Experience working with design systems
• Experience building pages in AEM
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A passion for creating user-centered products.
• Knowledge of web accessibility and its importance.

• Front-end development experience in AEM
• Copywriting experience
• Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
