What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a process expert for HR, Workplace/Facility, and/or Legal departments utilizing ServiceNow products
- Lead workshops for process definition, re‑engineering, and improvement with key customer stakeholders
- Draft user stories and acceptance criteria while guiding customers through the documentation process
- Support customer unit and user‑acceptance testing throughout project engagements
- Prepare customer‑facing deliverables focused on process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be a Canadian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian security clearance
- At least 8+ years of consulting experience in HR, Workplace/Facility, and Legal operations/technology
- Must hold relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator and HR Professional Suite Certification
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult within HR and Legal organizations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with leading HR, IWMS, and/or Legal systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle
- Proven experience in converting business requirements into configuration requirements using Agile methodologies
- Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service/Support
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric attitude
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
