  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a process expert for HR, Workplace/Facility, and/or Legal departments utilizing ServiceNow products.
  • Lead workshops for process definition, re-engineering, and improvement with key customer stakeholders.
  • Draft user stories and acceptance criteria while guiding customers through the documentation process.
  • Support customer unit and user-acceptance testing throughout project engagements.
  • Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on process improvements.
