The Recruiter ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract, and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position is responsible for working with various clients to assess hiring needs and interview candidates for positions.

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants
• Partner with hiring managers to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiations
• Source qualified candidates through various channels
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations
• Develop in-depth knowledge of job specifications and required competencies
• Represent the company professionally to candidates and external providers
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with a smile

• Less than two years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Professionalism and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
