We’re looking for a Developer who is energized by building scalable, reliable software and excited to contribute to AI‑powered features that enhance our platform. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping small and medium‑sized businesses succeed—while shaping the future of AI for local economies.

• Contribute to building features using modern programming languages and frameworks such as Go and Angular.
• Participate in software design discussions focused on simplicity, maintainability, and performance.
• Apply AI tools and APIs to support tasks like code generation, data handling, and workflow automation.
• Help implement AI‑powered features including intelligent recommendations, summarization, and natural language prompts under mentorship.
• Participate in agile rituals such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive high‑quality software delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, while contributing to automated test coverage and peer code reviews.
• Support production excellence through debugging, on‑call rotations, and monitoring improvements.
• Continuously grow your skills in software development and responsible AI usage through learning and collaboration.

• You bring 3‑5 years of experience in software development, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
• You have a solid grasp of front‑end and back‑end development and are proficient in programming languages such as Go (preferred) or Java, and Angular (preferred) or React.
• You’re comfortable working with databases like PostgreSQL, using version control tools like Git, and integrating with REST APIs.
• You communicate effectively in collaborative team environments and have a growth mindset.
• You take accountability for your learning and are committed to delivering high‑quality results.
• While a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, equivalent practical experience such as internships, co‑ops, or project‑based development is also valued.
