Responsibilities include:

• Providing professional tax preparation services with a minimum of 2+ years of paid experience.
• Providing your CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Preparing and filing complex personal tax returns using professional tax software.
• Helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing our brand through excellent service.
• Interacting professionally via video and audio tools with clients.
• Working a flexible schedule with at least 20 hours per week.

Additional qualifications:

• Experience with Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.

Skills and abilities:

• Strong tax knowledge and continuous learning.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve complex problems and escalate when necessary.
• Curiosity and resourcefulness in research.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate, bonuses, stock rewards, and benefits, based on experience, skills, and location. The role is virtual, customer-facing, and involves using advanced communication tools.
