Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is a must-have.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Red Seal journeyman certification is a big plus.
• Physical stamina and comfort working in all weather.
• Experience in new construction and repair work is preferred.

What We’re Looking For

We need an experienced HVAC Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. If you know your way around heat pumps, air handling units, and full HVAC installations—from rough-in to finish—you’re our kind of person. Bonus points if you’re great at keeping systems running smoothly and eco-friendly.

What You’ll Do
