This role involves overseeing consulting services, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality client relationships. The Director, Group Benefits will be an integral member of the Firm’s Senior Leadership Team (“SLT”). The major responsibilities of the position include:
Salary of $140,000 to $180,000, plus annual performance bonus.
In addition to the above cash compensation, senior professionals in leadership roles who effectively contribute to the Firm’s success will be provided with an opportunity to acquire an ownership position in the Firm and thereby benefit from the related financial rewards.
