• Proven track record in optimizing high-stakes conversion flows such as checkouts and sign-ups.
• Strong technical and design fluency, with understanding of API constraints and UI/UX design.

Responsibilities

• Own the ‘Pre-Swipe’ Vision and strategy for Card Activation and New User Experience.
• Identify and launch features that drive user activation.
• Manage the end-to-end checkout and activation funnel.
