Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3 years focused on networking.
• Strong Linux expertise at RHCSA or RHCE level.
• Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP, UDP, IP, multicast).
• Expert-level skills in vmcore analysis and debugging.
• Proficiency in programming for network-related tests.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor for customer inquiries related to networking.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences through expert troubleshooting.
• Partner with cloud providers to resolve multi-vendor issues.
• Conduct investigations into complex networking problems.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate on challenging cases.
