We are seeking your experience and skills and have aFull Timeposition available.

These positions require flexible availability, with the requirement to work evenings and weekends.

Hourly Salary: $17.75 per hour

Job Description

• Prepare and assemble fresh meals, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items to Good Earth standards
• Follow recipes, portioning, and food presentation guidelines with attention to quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, prep area, and dish station
• Label, date, and store food items appropriately to ensure food safety compliance
• Support the team by communicating clearly and working efficiently during busy periods
• Follow opening, closing, and daily prep procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of supply needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen, café, or quick-service restaurant is an asset
• Comfortable with prep work, food handling, and operating kitchen equipment
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency under pressure
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (Food Safety Training is an Asset)
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
